LRJ-2 Double Stations Vertical Automatic Winding Machine

本機(jī)適用于定子繞組線圈的立式自動(dòng)繞線，并自動(dòng)按嵌線要求推入線爪的專用設(shè)備，本機(jī)采用雙工位設(shè)計(jì)，一個(gè)工位繞線，一個(gè)工位裝入模具待機(jī)，繞好后180度旋轉(zhuǎn)互換工裝繼續(xù)工作，人工取下線模，PLC程控，觸摸屏控制，伺服電機(jī)繞線，定位準(zhǔn)確，自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡單方便。

This machine is suitable for stator vertical automatic winding, and automatically pushes coils into the specail coil claw according to the requirements of embedding. This machine adopts double stations design, one station is winding, another station is loaded into the mold and standby. After the winding, one stations turned 180-degrees to interchange tool to continue to work, manually removing the wire mold. This machine uses PLC, touch screen control, servo motor to wind, accurate positioning, high degree of automation, and simple and convenient operation.
