本機適用于定子滴漆并預凝膠的專用設備，定子不動，滴漆頭往復回轉，通過滴漆的繞組具有較高的絕緣性能，大大提高了其防潮、防霉、防大電流沖擊，耐機械震動和電氣性能。采用三菱PLC程控，中文顯示器操作和修改參數，平盤步進轉臺式結構，自動閘門，有預熱和凝膠雙通道加熱系統(tǒng)，用戶自備固化烤箱進行固化。
